Merry Christmas 2011

Hello Everyone!

Hope your 2011 was as great as ours was! We took several fun trips: Disneyland, camping, Great Wolf Lodge, Maui and more...

Katie is 10 and in the 4th grade. She has the same teacher as last year and is thrilled to be on the Student Council. She is taking a Hip Hop dance class and this year she tried Volleyball for the first time.

Garret is 12 (almost 13) and is in the 7th grade. He enjoys playing the alto saxophone this year and recently played the tenor saxophone in a parade and music concert (It is almost as big as he is). Garret loves his Xbox Live subscription which allows him to play with all his friends from the comfort of home.

Conner is 16, yes 16 and is a Junior at WRHS. He continues to play the trumpet in the band. He worked hard this year to pass all of the state tests for HS graduation. He loves his history and English classes. He went out hunting with Marc some this year but did not shoot anything, he would really love to get a deer next year.

Marc still enjoys working at Midway and loves to cook for us (thank goodness). I have 27 - 1st and 2nd graders this year who keep me very busy.

Katie enjoyed playing volleyball this year.

Taylor Swift

My friend Amanda and I took our girls to see Taylor Swift in August. It was a great concert but we decided our girls are not ready to be rock stars anytime soon... they were ready to go home at 10:00pm!
